01BIRD'S NEST STADIUM

BSCG has undertaken the mission of constructing the National Outdoor Stadium:

The National Gymnasium has a general construction area of 81000 and a span of 114m; it's steel Structure consumed 3347t steel; It includes 78 concrete columns, 332section steel concrete beams and 76steel supports. The project was awarded 2008 China golden prize for steel structure building (National Excellent Project) Welding of the project was awarded grade I of national excellent welding engineering.

Olympic Torch Tower:

The development work of the Olympic Torch Tower was commenced on December 24, 2007, as the first innovative movable hydraulic jacking torch in the world. The project integrated machinery manufacturing, automated control and steel constructions fabrication and adopted a special art form structure which has an irregularly shaped spatial multi-surface spiral steel case. The structure had a height of 32meters, a minimum diameter of 6.8meters and a maximum diameter of 13.2meters. The whole project lasted for 221 days and the tower was finally set up and lighted timely a 22.08, August 8, 2008. The project won the Golden Prize of Construction Steel Structure in China of Year 2008. The tower was demolished and renovated in September 2010 and was re-erected at the Torch - square in the north of the National Stadium as a permanent display, becoming into one of the main landscapes in the Olympic Park.

National Indoor Stadium:

The national stadium is located at Beijing's Olympic Centre; it totally used 3500 tons of steel. The project was commenced in August 2005 and completed in December 2005. A steel reinforced concrete frame shear wall steel supporting system was applied. The project totally covers an area of 80976 square meters, the span is up to 114meters and the maximum elevation is 37.13meters. The project won the gold medal in China Steel Construction Award, national Outstanding Welding Engineering Award, and the entire project won Luban Award.

ERDOS GRAND THEATRE:

The theatre is located in New Kangbasi district, Erdos, Inner Mongolia. The project totally used 3040 tons of steel, commenced in August 2008 and completed in May 2009. A frame concrete-steel structure system was used; spatial dual - curved surfaces spiral box structure was applied. The project covers an area of 38700 square meters with a height of 44.4meters. The project won the gold medal in 2009 China Steel Structure Award and 2010-2011 China Construction Engineering Luban Award.

BOHAI INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE CENTRE, RECREATION CERNTER AND GYMNASIUM:

The buildings are located in Tangshan, Hebei Province; it totally used 1200tons of steel. The project was commenced in January 2008 and completed in June 2008. The steel structure roof used a two-way oblique plane truss arch system, the truss arches were connected through welding with steel tubes. The structure has a large span and complex hanging conditions on the site. The maximum span of the recreation centre is 106meters; the span of the Gymnasium is also up to 85meters. The project won the gold medal in 2008 China Construction Steel Structure Award.

CHINA ANIMATION, CARTOON, GAME INDUSTRIAL BASE:

The base is located in Wujia Village, Lugouqiao Town, Fengtai District, Beijing within the plant area of Shougang Ertong plant. As the first project in Beijing Municipal Industrial Heritage Protection Program, when the original workshops were properly renovated, as the core functional area in China's animation industry to serve relevant companies, the project was expected to be created as the "China's Disney". The project totally used 1500tons of steels, commenced in February 2010 and completed in July 2010, a steel frame structure was used. The newly built part covers as area of 16318 square meters, this is an industrial old workshops renovation demonstration project integrating office, exhibitions and conferences, catering, commence amusement and other functions.

ARCHERY RANGE IN OLYMPIC PARK:

It is one of the construction projects for Beijing 2008 Olympic Games and located at Olympic Park in chaoyang Beijing. It has a total building area of 7360m^2. The bleacher zone is of steel tube rack structure. The single-floor simple building uses light steel frame structure.

MAIN WORKSHOP FOR 4300MM WIDE HEAVY PLATE MILL IN SHOUQUIN METAL MATERIAL CO. LTD. IN QUINHUANGDAO CITY:

Projects site: Qinhuangdao City in Hebei Provice

Project amount: 16000 tons

Contract value: RMB 277.43 million (General construction contractor)

The project is located in Qinhuangdao City in Hebei Province, with gross weight of 148 tons and a span of 84m. The 6m high crane beam is called as the top one in China.

EXTRUSION WORKSHOP AND CASTING WORKSHOP OF ASIA ALUMINIUM INDUSTRY CITY:

Projects site: Zhaoqing City in Guangdong Province

Project amount: 296000m^2

Contract value: RMB 150 million

The project uses the ball lattice grid structure. The construction Includes lattics grid structure and maintenance structure fabrication and installation. The projects has a building area of 29600m^2.
